# Directions:
01 - Spread 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomato pesto evenly on one side of each bread slice. Lay both slices pesto-side up on your work surface.
02 - Place mozzarella cheese slices on top of one bread slice. Position the second slice on top, pesto-side facing inward, creating a complete sandwich.
03 - Place a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt completely, watching for foaming to indicate proper temperature.
04 - Carefully transfer the sandwich to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom surface achieves golden brown coloration.
05 - Flip the sandwich using a spatula. Cook the opposite side for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, applying gentle pressure to ensure even browning and complete cheese melting.
