# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It comes together in the time it takes to decide what to watch for dinner.
  • The filling is hearty enough to feel like a real meal without weighing you down.
  • You can double the batch and reheat leftovers without losing that crispy edge.
02 -
  • Dont rush the flip, let the first side get properly golden or the tortilla will tear when you try to turn it.
  • If the cheese starts leaking out the sides, your heat is too high, lower it just a notch and give it more time.
03 -
  • Shred your own cheese from a block, it melts smoother and tastes better than the bagged stuff.
  • Let the quesadilla rest for a minute after cooking so the cheese sets slightly and doesnt ooze out when you cut it.
